Theater style can accommodate upto to 60 delegates or guests comfortably with adequate space for the dais and speakers, supported with an amplifier, wire-less mike and high-end speakers for the smooth conduct of conferences or programs and parties.

Board room style tables can accommodate 18 delegates or less at any point of time with access to projector, screen, amplifier and mike.

Cluster Style can accommodate 20 delegates or guests in 5 tables with four chairs each, good for discussions, interviews as well as dinning parties.

Family party can accommodate 150 floating guests with a separate dining area and air conditioned function hall.

Terms and Conditions

  • Cost includes: Welcome board, Full Generator support, Amplifier, TV, 5 dining tables, 4 steel service tables with skirting, 70 chairs, fixed serial lights both indoor & outdoor.
  • Cost excludes: Other facilities, consumables, media kit, & food service.
  • *Conditions apply: (For food service programs only) A refundable deposit of Rs: 1000.00 will be collected & adjusted ,if guests or guests caterer do not remove all waste food, paper & plastic, plates, cups, bowls, cutlery and service garbage after the program from the party hall & premises.
    Any breakages of our furniture’s, fixtures, gadgets & cutlery belonging to our property will have to be paid extra by guests.
    Decoration is allowed provided stickers are not applied to walls & ceiling.
    The refundable deposit will be returned immediately after the program if there no damage to the property & on satisfactory removal of garbage.

Cancellation policy:

There will be no cancellation charges if informed in writing 7 days in advance of the date of program (excluding the program date). No refund will be made if cancelled 6 days or less from the date of the program.
