Seating Style

For business programs the air conditioned banquet hall can accommodate up to 80 guests in theatre style as well as accommodate up to 4 speakers to address the guests.For social & family functions up to 80 guests can be accommodated in theatre style.The hall & dining area can accommodate a total of 150 guests at any point of time.

Five tables accommodating four guests each with lots of space between the arrangements makes a great place to have discussions & meetings.The hall & dining area can accommodate a total of 150 guests at any point of time.

A maximum of 14 participants & two lead speakers on a 14 ft. Long conference table makes good sense to have a full-fledged conference supported by comfortable chairs, can take the discussion to a good three to four hours

Terms and Conditions


  • Bookings must be made only by Email: info@havilla.com.
  • Booking will be confirmed only on receiving full payment.
  • Check in 12:00 noon check-out 11:00 hours.
  • All check in guests must carry Government endorsed photo identification cards. All foreign nationals must carry passport and visa.
  • We accept payment by cash or credit cards only.
  • Piped gas, cooking pots, pans, cutlery, mixie- grinder & kitchen cleaning services provided at extra cost.
  • Washing machine will be provided at extra cost.
  • 5% Surcharge is applicable on gross amount of the bill.
  • Government levy / tax extra
  • Breakage or damage of furniture, cutleries, electrical and electronic goods by the guests will be charged to the account of the guest bill or deducted from the advance held by us.
  • The hosts (owners) reserves the right of admission. Guests booking through online portals will be allowed to occupy the rooms only on satisfaction of their credentials
  • Guests who have occupied the room can be requested to checkout immediately if the hosts (owners) finds their activities adverse to the peace and decorum of the property
  • Breakage or damage of furniture, cutleries, electrical and electronic goods by the guests will be charged to the account of the guest bill or deducted from the advance held by us.
  • Visitors to meet guests in our apartments are welcome but only upto 22 hours.
  • Over staying guest will be charged as per our tariff.
  • Pet policy: No pets are entertained inside our properties.


Cancellation policy:


There will be no cancellation charges if informed in writing or by email,being the same email used during
the time of booking to us 7 days in advance of the date of arrival (excluding the check-in date).

A cancellation charge of 1 day will apply for cancellation made between 4 to 7 days before the date of arrival
(excluding the check-in date).

Full payment for whole tenure of stay applies on cancellation made 3 days or less, before the date of arrival
or no show by the arriving guest (excluding the check-in date)

6:01 hours to 9:00 hours -50 % of tariff rate
Check-in after 9:00 hours will be considered subject to availability excluding breakfast.

Late check-out
14 hours to 18 hours -50% of tariff rate
Beyond 18 hours -100% of tariff rate
